Because each piece we create is custom-made to your unique specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Warranty

At Evelyn + Co., we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and quality. We provide a 90-Day Limited Warranty on all our pieces, starting from the day you receive your order.

What’s Covered:

  • Repairs within the first 90 days from delivery, including bent prongs, missing accent stones, and similar issues
  • Correction of any manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered:

  • Resizing of the piece
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Discoloration of precious metals due to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, bathing, etc.
  • Damage caused by impact or improper care, such as bent settings, missing stones, etc.
  • Theft or loss of the center stone or the piece itself

Fine jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, but it is also delicate. Because gold and other precious metals are naturally malleable, we recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, showering, or exercising to help preserve its integrity.

As part of normal maintenance, we recommend a professional inspection and cleaning once a year to ensure your settings remain secure and your jewelry sparkles at its brightest.

Please note that any repairs or modifications performed by a jeweler other than Evelyn + Co. will void this 90-Day Limited Warranty.
