I started this process with two other local Arizona custom jewelers and neither of them ever came up with a design i loved. It took them a month and a half to do what Cayci did in a couple of days. Plus, she WOWED me with her creativity and took my design and made it even better. Not only did she send drawings, but she sent a mock up 3-D in color and it really brought the ring to life.
