OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Inquire

The journey begins with your story. Whether it's a timeless heirloom or a bespoke piece, we start by understanding your vision and preferences. This stage is all about conversations, inspirations, and building the foundation for your custom piece.

Step 2: Quote

Once your inquiry is received, a quote range will be provided for the custom piece.

Step 3: Diamond Selection

Once aligned on the quote, we'll guide you through choosing the perfect diamonds that match your desired style, quality, and budget. From traditional cuts to custom, we ensure each stone is as exceptional as your story.

Step 4: Initial Invoice

Once your diamond is selected, an invoice is issued for full payment of the stone(s) and 50% of production.

Step 5: CAD Approval

Next, our expert team crafts a detailed computer aided design (CAD) / rendering. You’ll receive a digital preview to review and approve, making sure every detail aligns with your expectations before the crafting begins.

Note once the CAD is approved for production, no further changes can be requested.

Step 6: Production

With the design approved and initial payments made, our skilled artisans bring your vision to life. This stage involves expert craftsmanship, from setting the stones to refining the intricate details, ensuring each piece meets our high quality standards.

Step 7: Final Invoice

Before the finished piece is delivered, a final invoice is issued containing the remaining balance due.

Step 8: Delivery

The final step is as special as the piece itself. This moment marks the culmination of your story and our craftsmanship, resulting in a cherished keepsake for years to come.
