STEP 1: INQUIRE
Every custom piece begins with a clear understanding of your vision, design preferences, and budget. Whether you're creating an engagement ring, upgrading a heirloom, or designing a meaningful fine jewelry piece, this stage is all about inspiration, refinement, and building the foundation for your custom piece.
Once your inquiry is received, our team will respond within 1-2 business days via email or text, where we'll thoughtfully guide you through design details and next steps at your own pace. A custom quote range will be provided based on your design and stone preferences.
STEP 2: STONE SELECTION
Once aligned on the quote, we'll guide you through choosing the perfect diamonds that match your desired style, quality, and budget.
Most of our clients complete this phase seamlessly via email or text, where we share curated diamond options, videos, specifications, and side-by-side comparisons.
For those who prefer a more interactive experience, we offer an In-Person Diamond Viewing at our Chandler, Arizona office ($150 Diamond Sourcing Deposit required). This is a private appointment where we curate and bring in hand-selected loose diamonds and sample jewelry pieces for you to view, try on, and compare in person. The $150 deposit goes toward your purchase, and is non-refundable.
STEP 3: CAD APPROVAL
Next, our expert team crafts a detailed computer aided design (CAD) / rendering of your piece. You’ll receive a digital preview to review and approve, making sure every detail aligns with your expectations before the crafting begins.
Note once the CAD is approved for production, no further changes can be requested.
STEP 4: PRODUCTION
Production begins once three requirements are met:
- Full payment for your selected stone(s)
- 50% deposit for ring setting/jewelry piece
- Final CAD approval
Once these are completed, your piece moves into production and our skilled artisans bring your design to life. From precise stone setting to refining every detail, each stage is executed with expert craftsmanship to ensure your ring meets our highest quality standards.
STEP 5: DELIVERY
Once production is complete and the remaining 50% of the invoice has been paid, our team will coordinate local pickup (Chandler, AZ) or insured delivery to you. All shipments require signature upon delivery.
From inquiry to product delivery, our process typically has a 4-6 week turnaround. Note this can vary based on the project.

Do you have jewelry pieces I can try on?
Yes, if you choose to book an In-Person Diamond Viewing, we have a plethora of sample rings and bands that you can try on to ensure you've found a ring style you love.
Do you have in-stock jewelry pieces for sale?
No, all of our jewelry is made-to-order.
What if I don’t need a fully custom design, but I love your pricing and quality?
That’s completely okay. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel to work with us.
While we specialize in custom-made pieces, not every project has to start from scratch. Many clients come to us with a clear idea of what they want (ie a classic solitaire, a three-stone ring, diamond studs, etc.) and simply want access to high-quality certified diamonds at fair pricing.
In those cases, the process is straightforward:
- You choose your diamond
- We guide you through setting options
- We fine-tune proportions and details
- We create it specifically for you
Even our “simple” designs are made-to-order, meaning you’re still receiving a piece crafted specifically for you and not pulled from mass-produced, pre-made inventory.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all of our center diamonds are either GIA or IGI certified. We can source both natural and lab grown diamonds.
What payment methods do you offer?
You’ll receive an invoice, which accepts credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
This can vary based on the project, but generally, most orders are completed within 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer local pickup (AZ)?
Yes, our team is based in Chandler, AZ and is happy to coordinate local pickup if preferred.
Do you ship nationwide (USA)?
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping, with all orders carefully packaged, fully insured, and requiring a signature upon delivery.
Are all orders final sale?
Yes, because each piece we create is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
